This page lists articles I've authored on coping with autistic life, they cover both for the autistic person, and neuro-typicals. From my point of view this is for Autistic people covered under DSM1-2 Low to Medium support needs.
It is not intended for autistic people with more severe / demanding support needs. Remember this is not clinical advice just my own view, opinions, and discoveries from a point of a newly diagnosed (2026) autistic person in his 50s.
