The first 10 minutes

It's like a submarine has been lying on the ocean floor, completely shut down and out of range, then starts slowly to rise and reconnect with the world, only it's all at once, zero to fucking everything.

Three or four songs are fighting it out for supremacy.
It's Sunday, I'm rehearsing a conversation with my boss which isn't gonna happen until Tuesday.
The random thought cloud starts chucking out stuff, wood working designs, a summary complete with visuals of the movie I abandoned last night when going to bed (Christine from 2002), a summary of the audio book I'm listening to (Kim Harrison's A Perfect Blood) - this one is in audio format, I can hear the words.
My work todo list starts scrolling, this one spawns off a load of sub-threads for the line items, complete with a complete simulation of a co-worker going through some of the details. The design spec of the meeting room, including building materials starts scrolling in the background of the background of the background of the thread.
The songs start to merge into one, Ooooo Ahhhh lalalala.
The electricity is loud this morning, it's a constant note on the edge of hearing.
A crow won't shut the fuck up.
My neighbour goes to the toilet, I hear it flush, then the water carries on flowing, and it resolves to drip drip drip where their toilet doesn't shut off perfectly at once.
My wrists and knuckles ache, my hands tingle, and won't shut up, as I've slept like a fucking t-rex again, and hate wearing the wrist braces to sleep.
Starlings and something scampering join in the noise cloud.
A dog starts up... Shut the fuck up you noisy twat.
Someone drives a car three streets away.
My neighbour starts making a coffee, opening a cupboard and boiling a kettle.
A car drives down the street, I can hear the tyres on the road, but it's an electric, so it's also making an artificial noise.

SHUT THE FUCK UP!

I say the first 10 minutes, but I don't know, as I've yet opened my eyes.

I manage to work my mouth.... "Alexa, play Virgin 80's" - music is too loud, but it drowns out some of the other noise by proximity to my head. They're all still there, but now there's a king noise.

A complete scene from 1999 pops into my head in full VR ready detail, sights, sounds, smells, people; I'm a different person now with a different life. A sub-system in my head is running a 'tism match to what happened in the scene in real-time and thinking of the other people there thinking of me and I'm wondering if they know I'm autistic or not.

A fucking Seagull (or should be Urban Gull (I'm 18 miles inland, 110 meters or 366 above sea level) starts along with the other birds).

I wake up, light on, grab the laptop, and capture this. My typing speed is roughly 80 to 90 words a minute, so it doesn't take long. I'm listening to the keystrokes and enjoying the thump of each key.

So, it's started, the extra 40% drain has kicked in, I swear I can feel the brain doing the things. I should probably pee, but can't be fucked as I'm already exhausted.

I wonder if I'm going to speak to any humans today.

Welcome to the first 10 minutes of the 'tism on a random Sunday morning. Now I can't know if a neurotypical brain does something similar to the above, I suspect not as they'd all wake up screaming.

My neighbour turns on a light switch next to their front door. From experience I know that from when there are other people (neutotypicals) here, they hear nothing, it must be fucking bliss.
